Revoke issued badge

A Badge is a digital micro-credential that represents learning, skill or achievement. Every Activity and Playlist has one or more Badges.
Organisations, businesses, institutions, schools, colleges, and universities use badges to validate and recognise learning and achievements on the Awero/Cities of Learning platforms globally.
Contact us at support@awero.org to activate the Badge revoke feature for your Organiser’s Account.

Badge revoke

  1. Open an activity in which you want to revoke a badge.
  2. Go to the People tab.
  3. Find the user whose badge you want to revoke.
  4. Click on that user.
  5. Click on the badge context menu (three dots on the right side of the badge image).
  6. Click the Revoke badge.

Note! When revoking an issued badge for which evidence was submitted, you will have two options: 1. Keep evidence and verify again – after badge revoke, evidence will remain pending approval and once approved, badge will be reissued. 2. Revoke evidence – evidence will be permanently deleted.
